We accept all major insurance plans and strive to keep waiting times to a minimum to respect your time. While appointments are encouraged, we do accept walk ins for urgent care needs.

Providing gynecologic services for women and every stage of life. For obstetric care, we'd be happy to refer you to another provider.
Additional Services
We are proud to offer a variety of additional services to our patients, including Botox and fillers. These are offered by appointment only.

Jessica Chittum
Jessica Chittum is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her career in healthcare by working in a critical care setting. Since that time, she has logged nearly 10 years of experience in various areas of patient care (registered nurse, critical care nurse, clinical nurse manager, emergency medicine, supervisor, and nurse practitioner). Throughout the years, she has assisted individuals and families during difficult times in illness to educate and provide excellent care. She has maintained all national and state level certifications to provide them with the most up to date information and provide safe care. She is a caring, empathetic, kind person that has always gone above and beyond to focus on the individual and family to mediate illness and recovery for the most optimal outcome for each individual and their needs.
